How Does It Work?

With Compass Concierge, sellers don’t have to worry about paying out of pocket. Compass Concierge covers the upfront costs of vendor services to improve your home’s value.  Once your home sells, we’ll collect the cost of those services and nothing more.

  1. Connect with our team as we will work to analyze & generate a detailed list of home improvements to maximize your return on investment.

  2. Our team will get to work by preparing your home through managing & supervising all work including contractor bids, handymen and or simply keeping an eye on your home throughout the process.

  3. Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.

  4. Once your home sells, we’ll collect the cost of those services and nothing more. Zero interest.

Are there any services not covered by the program?

Our goal is for Concierge to help as many clients as possible. The program is intentionally flexible. Concierge is developed to be used with any vendors of your choice.

When do I have to pay for these services?

You'll pay for the services when one of the following happens — your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
